T369R 4-Deck Tower
The 2-deck, 3-deck and 4-deck Bulman Towers are sturdily constructed of tubular steel and a strong steel base. All of our tower paper cutters occupy a minimum of floor or countertop space, which provides a convenient loading, dispensing and cutting of paper rolls. The hub adapters (available at extra cost) enable varying roll widths to be mounted on a single dowel. Heavy duty casters (at extra cost) can be added to provide complete mobility. The paper cutters are also available with serrated blades.
