Bulman dispensers and cutters are the most widely used roll paper cutters in the world. They are designed to provide you with years of maintenance-free operation. Bulman cutters smoothly dispense many types of paper including butcher, kraft, and giftwrapping papers. They cut evenly, using either side of the double-edged, spring-loaded blade. Many items available with serrated blade for cutting other materials.

- Designed for countertop film dispensing, offers a solid cutting surface and easy film changing
- Constructed of heavy gauge steel for strength and stability. Rubber mounting feet protect countertops and prevent slipping (mounting hardware not included or offered)
- Compact design occupies less counter space and features a top which lifts for easy film replacement
- Hand operated carbide rotary blade cuts with a slight downward pressure while moving in either direction over an adjustable and replaceable stainless steel cutting surface
- All types of clinging food wrap films can be dispensed as well as stretch wraps
- Holds up to 7 1/2″ (19cm) diameter roll, on 3″ (7.5cm) core
- Finished in white baked powder coat
- Ships fully assembled via UPS
