Cutters
These Bulman Dispenser and Cutting systems are designed for cutting and dispensing corrugated rolls, thin and thick foams, air bubble cushioning, poly films, heavy paper and cellulosic products in thickness up to 7/8″. You can combine the Rotary Shear Cutter or a Razor-X with a Reel Holder or make them portable. All components are available individually.
