The 2-Deck Tower paper roll cutter is sturdily constructed of tubular steel and a strong steel base. All the towers occupy a minimum of floor or countertop space to provide convenient loading, dispensing and cutting of paper rolls. Hub adapters (available at extra cost) allow varying roll widths to be mounted on a single dowel. Heavy-duty casters (at extra cost) can be added to provide complete mobility. Available with serrated blades.
